Anger can be a very destructive thing. It can also help you in some ways. If you get angry and you don’t know how to control it, it can get you in a lot of trouble. In sports like football when you get mad it makes you and 10x more physical player and that’s what the coaches like to see. In baseball anger is your worst enemy. If you strike out and you get down on yourself your probably going to strike out a couple more times. There’s nothing that’s really that good about being angry. You don’t think straight and people can get on your nerves your very liable to explode at any moment.  I get angry quite a bit and get overwhelmed at the littlest things. I see other people get angry and I think “Is that what I look like?” and I probably look worse. When I get mad I just completley stop thinking. I don’t know what’s wrong and right. I just wish I knew what to do about it or how to make it better. I get mad at school and then the rest of my day just goes to crap. All in all it’s not good.
